Conditional availability
This policy applies only if 3000Host offers a domain registration, renewal, transfer or management service in an approved order. The appearance of a domain name in website examples does not constitute an offer to register it.
Registry and registrar rules
Domain transactions are subject to the applicable registry, registrar, top-level domain and, where relevant, ICANN requirements. The customer agrees to provide accurate registrant details and comply with mandatory registration conditions.
Availability and orders
A searched or quoted name is not secured until the relevant registry or registrar confirms a completed transaction. Registrations and transfers can fail for policy, availability, identity or payment reasons.
Renewal and expiry
The term, expiry date, renewal settings and any grace or redemption periods must be disclosed for each supported domain product. Customers remain responsible for maintaining current contact details and monitoring renewal notices. Expired names may be lost under registry rules.
Transfers and ownership
Transfers require valid authorisation and may depend on lock status, eligibility periods and registrar procedures. We do not promise transfer completion before the applicable registry confirms it. Disputes about ownership are handled under the governing domain policy and law.
Charges and refunds
Domain registration, transfer and renewal charges may involve irreversible third-party costs. Any charge designated non-refundable must be clearly disclosed before purchase, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee primarily covers eligible hosting, VPS and email subscriptions, not separately purchased domain transactions.
Domain data and privacy
Registry and registrar operations may require registrant identity and contact details, which are disclosed to the relevant parties under applicable rules and privacy safeguards. Customer choices about public directory display depend on the selected extension and current rules.
