Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your email box accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect mail messages from one mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mails on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you want to redirect messages from, then specify the target email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest.
